We want buying a belt online to feel simple and risk-free.

The Fit Guarantee

Ordering a belt online can feel risky. We get it.

If the fit isn't right when it arrives, contact us within 30 days and we'll help make it right. Depending on the situation, we may exchange the belt for a different size or add additional holes to achieve the proper fit.

Belts personalized only on the keeper loop can still be exchanged if a different size is needed.

Because personalization on the belt body creates a truly custom piece, belts customized anywhere beyond the keeper loop are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We're confident this will be the best leather belt you've ever owned. If for any reason you don't love it, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

The Keep Going Guarantee

We don't want changing sizes to stop you from investing in a belt you'll enjoy today.

If you lose enough weight that you run out of adjustment holes, send your belt back and we'll resize it at no charge. We consider that something worth celebrating.

The 100-Year Warranty

A belt should outlast trends, fads, and most of the things in your closet.

If your Proven Hands belt ever fails because of a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it.

Normal wear, scratches, scuffs, patina, discolor from years of use, and the character that comes from carrying the belt through life are not considered defects.

Our goal is simple: build products worthy of being handed down.

As long as we're here making belts, we'll stand behind them.

To begin a warranty claim, email provenhands@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at provenhands@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Belts personalized on the belt body

  • Custom-made products

  • Personal care products

  • Perishable goods

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a product defect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at provenhands@gmail.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.
