I highly recommend the 7 hole option for sizing flexibility. This is my second Proven Hands belt. I ordered a new size because I lost 3 sizes in weight (so far). I still had one hole available on the first belt, but I wanted a second one to take me further. For now I can use both because of the 7 hole option.

I decided to try Field Notes after hearing Dylan say how great they were. Man, am I glad I did. No more notes on pieces of scrap paper and the back of receipts for me.
