"I ordered the "Save A Craftsman" shirt and based on another review went a size up. This was a mistake, it fit true to size. I contacted Dylan via email, and he contacted me within a few hours. Great touch with the insert giving a check list with care instructions and general information.
He graciously worked with me to exchange it for a smaller size. Due to the unbelievable quality of the shirt, I ordered the "Freedom by Big Iron" during the exchange process and he shipped both out with a return label for the larger shirt. Best customer service I've seen in a very long time. Definitely made a customer for life, now I can't wait for the belt to be released."

I purposefully ordered the shirt in a much much larger than my fit as I like the oversized feel of t-shirts. It arrived very quickly with a handwriiten personalized note on the care instructions. "The Proven Hands belt was exactly what I was hoping for and precisely what Dylan described when I got it in the mail today. I elected for my Proven Hands Settler Belt to have seven belt holes to leave plenty of room for activities… such as eating a second double cheeseburger if I want! 🤣🤣
What was super important to me was the care instructions provided with the belt. I received zero information from the leather crafter I purchased from years back, and I believe that belt would have actually endured a little better had I known to take proper care of it. I feel like Dylan understands that these belts are not just for style, they are also a tool… and they are an investment. If you take care of your investment, it surely will endure and will still look amazing for a very long time to come.
It was packaged excellently with zero damage in shipping. As I mentioned above, it’s an investment… and it is worth every dollar I paid for it. I’m ready to buy some classics as well for when I’m attending church or going out."
